We use Matomo at matomo.mixvoip.com to measure page views and outgoing links. Tracking cookies are disabled. Matomo processes the page URL and title, referrer, IP address and browser/device data. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
02Zammad support chat
Zammad loads from support.emios.com after 4.5 seconds and processes connection data. If you start a chat, it also processes your messages and may store a session ID and unfinished message in session storage for the current browser session.
03Server logs
Our server processes IP address, browser type and access time to deliver and secure the website. Logs are kept for a limited period. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
