01Matomo analytics
We use Matomo at matomo.mixvoip.com to measure page views and outgoing links. Tracking cookies are disabled. Matomo processes the page URL and title, referrer, IP address and browser/device data. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
02Zammad support chat
Zammad loads from support.emios.com after 4.5 seconds and processes connection data. If you start a chat, it also processes your messages and may store a session ID and unfinished message in session storage for the current browser session.
03Tally sponsorship form
For sponsorship requests, the Tally form is integrated directly into the Sponsoring page and visible without a click. Its iframe loads lazily as the application section approaches or comes into view. We review the submitted club and contact information and use it to follow up. Emios is the controller and Tally the processor; according to Tally, form data is stored in Europe. We keep only information needed to review and follow up on the request. Matomo and Zammad remain described above; the same submission restrictions apply.
04Server logs
Our server processes IP address, browser type and access time to deliver and secure the website. Logs are kept for a limited period. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
05Contact
If you contact us, we process the information you provide to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
06Data location
The website, Matomo and Zammad are operated on European infrastructure.
07Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may complain to the Luxembourg supervisory authority, the CNPD (www.cnpd.lu).
